I am a resident of Vancouver, BC, where I have lived since 2010. As a mother of two young adults, my family has had the privilege of living in four distinct countries — India, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canada. These experiences have shaped my cultural sensitivity and my understanding of how identity, family, and belonging shift across borders.
My approach to counselling is holistic. I believe well-being is made up of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual threads, and that healing happens when we learn to integrate them rather than treat them separately. In our work together, I look beyond the symptoms that bring you in and toward the root causes underneath them, so that what you gain isn’t just relief in the moment, but tools you can carry forward.
I believe each person already holds the seeds of their own solutions. What’s often missing is a safe enough space to sit with life’s hardest questions and uncertainties. My role as a counsellor is to offer that space through attentive listening, empathetic support, and a steady, nonjudgmental presence, so you can move through your journey with more clarity, functionality, and authenticity.
I completed the Professional Counselling Diploma Program at Rhodes Wellness College and am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association. I have advanced training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy with Individuals, Couples, and Families and am pursuing certification in this modality. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Somatic Therapy to meet clients where they are — whether that means working through communication and connection, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, or reconnecting with the wisdom held in the body.
I am here to support you through difficult chapters and to help you reconnect with yourself, your life, and the people you love
Healing happens when we learn to integrate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual threads of who we are.
