No matter what stage of life you are at or what burdens may be weighing on you, we can work together to unpack these challenges. Whether you are looking to process overwhelming emotions, achieve specific behaviour changes, develop more meaningful connections, or understand traumatic responses, I am here to support your journey and discover what resilience looks like for you.

Working at the pace we set together, I prioritize developing a strong connection while emphasizing the importance of compassion and empathy. My work is guided by a genuine curiosity in your experience, collaborative approach to your healing. This can feel like warmth, realness, and sometimes even humour. Your personal experience is incredibly important to me, and I welcome your feedback at every point in our work together.

As the eldest child in an Chinese-Canadian household, I am deeply familiar with struggles concerning parental relationships, perfectionism, and cultural identity. Through my experiences, I have developed a profound curiosity for understanding why I am the way I am, and what I want for myself. Growing up around technology, I have witnessed the current problems facing young adults, including social media, loneliness, and self-worth. I myself am very much plugged into the virtual world, because I like to stay connected! Both online and offline, I care deeply about my friends and family, and in particular, my chubby cat.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying; #22266) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and in the process of being licensed with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
