COLETTE MRAZEK & ASSOCIATES is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED COUPLES AND FAMILY THERAPIST – REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELLOR (RCC or CCC) or REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER (RSW or RCSW) or REGISTERED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST (RMFT) or REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST (RPsych)

Term: 8-15 clinical hours per week | in person/ virtual | evening or weekend shifts necessary.

Start date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced clinician (3-5 years post-graduate) to join our team of compassionate therapists. If you have a passion for children, youth, families and couples, we are the practice for you!

Colette Mrazek & Associates is a small counselling practice located in downtown Vancouver, known and respected for their expertise in Emotionally Focused Therapy and complex cases. Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (minimum) in counselling psychology, clinical psychology, or
    social work
  • Registration with an appropriate association or college: RCC, CCC, RSW, RMFT, R.Psych
  • Experience and training in couples counselling AND/OR family
    counselling
  • Experience working with addictions and/or eating disorders
  • Ability to work with a broad range of clinical issues (e.g. anxiety, depression,
    self-worth, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationships)
  • Weekend and/or evening availability
  • Availability to see a minimum of 8 clients per week
  • Experience working with adults who have ADHD or neurodiversity
  • Ability to provide counselling in a language other than English would be a huge advantage (not a requirement)
