Colette Mrazek (RCC) is an Accredited Clinical Supervisor (ACS) with the British Columba Association of Clinical Counsellors, and offers both individual, dyadic, and group consultations for therapists of all orientations. As a clinician, Colette has worked with women, youth at risk, people with special needs, children who have been orphaned, teen parents, new immigrants, indigenous people, people with HIV/AIDS, people struggling with mental illness, people who inject drugs, the homeless, those who have been incarcerated, 2SLGTBQIA+, and other cultural minorities.

Colette’s specialties also include loneliness/isolation, disordered eating addictions/substance use, grief and loss, death and dying, chronic pain, communication, anger, assertiveness, self-esteem, family conflict and relationship issues, parenting concerns and attachment issues, career and identity, life transitions, stress, anxiety and depression.

As a supervisor and consultant to other therapists, Colette strives to create a safe and trusting environment where one feels at ease to share their vulnerabilities, make mistakes, grow and learn. In her groups, she welcomes the exploration of transference, countertransference and self of the therapist issues.
