Healing is not a linear process, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a therapist, I provide a space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may feel overwhelming. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Many of the people I work with are high-achieving professionals who feel the relentless pressure to perform. You might be struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or difficulty setting boundaries. Perhaps you’re dealing with the weight of intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or self-doubt caused by OCD. You may also be navigating the challenges of ADHD, feeling pulled in different directions, or exhausted by cycles of overwhelm. In addition to working with professionals, I also have experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use, whether you’re questioning your relationship with alcohol or substances, working toward moderation, or in recovery and seeking additional support.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Somatic Attachment Therapy, all within a trauma-informed lens. My background includes working in addiction treatment and supporting individuals with substance use concerns, helping them develop healthier coping strategies and work toward a relationship with substances that aligns with their goals. I also have experience running groups for medical residents managing stress and self-doubt. My approach is not just about symptom management—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and cultivate a deeper sense of ease and confidence.

With nearly a decade of experience, I understand how isolating anxiety, burnout, OCD, and struggles with substance use can feel. Therapy is a space to be seen, understood, and supported in a way that empowers real change. You deserve to feel calm, capable, and truly yourself again.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.
